Reflection:
It is so easy to react and throw our 'toys' out the cot...
However do we truly understand
that inner voice that is screaming...
Wanting to be heard...
Every time 'my little girl' is reactive
I am reminded...
It is ME not them...
I pause and reflect...
I rather count to 10
(and sometimes to 1,000)
before I do anything...
Mostly it is inner action that is needed...
I can't write new chapters
when attached to an old limiting belief.
As I give space for my release
I open myself for more...
My challenge dissolves...
