Dance through life....

Instead of being hijacked by her/him (inner child) allow yourself to DANCE through life. Move with the currents. Like you do with your body so beautifully. Your body is a great teacher. You know that the food and its nutritional value is of incredible importance to you and your wellbeing. You already dance with your food. Dance with everything else. Feel into it. Feel what serves you. And where there is still unresolved things within - go back to that classroom. The lesson is not finished yet....
